Eric provides individual programs and effective and attentive 1-on-1 Training. Together, with focus and effort, you will enhance your athletic performance and make gains in strength, power, and agility.

Team Strength & Conditioning

Conditioning Eric can come to your gym or weight room and execute group training. He performs baseline testing and creates programs based on the timing of your team – providing phases for both in-season and offseason.

Injury Prevention & Mobility

Combining mobility exercises with stretching, muscle activation, and range of motion exercises based on Functional Range Conditioning – Eric can take an individual or a group through a variety of ways to keep muscles and joints healthy.
